摘　　要：《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)将"现代服务业信息支撑技术及大型应用软件"列入信息产业与现代服务业领域的优先主题。随着政策落实和项目实施,支撑我国现代服务业发展的信息技术水平得到显著提升,已成为现代服务业发展的重要动力。本文报道了《纲要》实施以来现代服务业及大型应用软件领域的政策落实、实施成效,以及许多专家对未来发展提出的建议。The National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline（2006 - 2020）（hereinafter referred to as ＆quot;Outline＆quot;） took the ＆quot;modern service industry and information technology to support large-scale application software＆quot; included in the priority themes of information industry and modern service industry.With the implementation of the policy and project implementation, information technology of support China＆#39;s modern service industry development has been signiifcantly improved. It has become an important driving force for the development of modern service industry. This paper reported the implementation of the policy since the ＆quot;Outline＆quot; implementation of modern service industry and large-scale application software, implementation effectiveness, as well as policy recommendations for the future development of many experts raised.
