彩色多普勒超声检测流行性出血热90例肾内血流变化意义分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声检测流行性出血热患者肾内血流变化意义,为流行性出血热患者临床有效治疗提供重要依据。方法 选取我院2010年2月-2015年3月期间收治的流行性出血热患者90例,所选患者均在我院进行临床疾病诊断,另外选取同期接受检查的健康者90例作为对照组,两组患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检测,比较两组患者临床检测结果。结果 经过临床超声检测,在90例流行性出血患者当中,肾锥体肿胀患者有78例,占86.67%,主要包括少尿期和多尿期患者48例;在血流峰值上,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测流行性出血热肾内血流变化意义较大,诊断结果准确性较高,可以准确检测出患者肾内血流变化情况,为患者后期临床有效治疗提供重要依据。Objective To explore the significance of color Doppler ultrasound for detecting the intrarenal blood flow changes in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever and provide important reference for the clinical effective treatment of the patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods Ninety patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever treated in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2015 were selected and all of them were given clinical disease diagnosis in our hospital. Ninety healthy physical examinees in the corresponding period were selected as the control group. Both groups of patients were given color Doppler ultrasound detection and their clinical detection results were compared.Results Clinical ultrasound detection showed that of the 90 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever, 78 patients had renal pyramid swelling, accounting for 86.67%, mainly including 48 patients in the oliguria stage and polyuria stage.Regarding to the blood flow peak, there were significantly differences, between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has large significance for detecting the intrarenal blood flow changes in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever, has relatively high accurate diagnosis results, can detect the patients＇ intrarenal blood flow changes clearly and provides important reference for the clinical effective treatment of patients.
