摘　　要：探讨1例长疗程使用利萘唑胺患儿病例,分析利萘唑胺的选择及应用,对药物相互作用、血药浓度监测以及药物不良反应进行药学监护讨论,充分反映临床药师通过参与临床实践,利用自身专业优势为患儿提供个体化的药学监护,协助医师提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。To discuss 1 case of long period uing of naphthalene thiazole amine, and analyze the selection and application of naphthalene thiazole amine, and the drug interactions, blood drug concentration monitoring and adverse drug reactions of pharmaceutical guardianship discussion, fully reflect the clinical pharmacists by participating in clinical practice, use their own professional advantage to provide individualized pharmaceutical care for children, and help physicians to improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment.
