摘　　要：目的 探讨神经内镜下经鼻蝶实行垂体瘤切除术的护理配合经验,以提高手术护理质量。方法 对2013年1月-2015年1月我院28例垂体瘤患者采用神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路行垂体瘤切除术,手术室护士根据手术特点及配合要求,从患者心理护理、仪器设备及器械的准备、手术过程的配合、器械的清洗和灭菌及保养等方面进行密切护理配合。结果 28例手术中并发脑脊液漏1例,低钠血症1例。术后2-3个月行MRI复查,肿瘤全切除23例,次全切除5例,随访至今患者恢复良好。结论 内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术具有创伤小、手术野暴露直接、恢复快等优势,是垂体瘤行之有效的治疗方法。优质的护理配合是确保手术成功、减少并发症、控制感染的必要保障。随着高科技医疗设备的临床应用及医疗技术水平的提高,需要我们不断学习、不断总结,更好地服务于患者,服务于临床。Objective To explore the nursing experience in the surgical operation of pituitary tumor resection under endoscope, and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,selected 28 cases of pituitary tumor patients by endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma resection, operating room nurses according to the operation characteristics and requirements, prepared from patients psychological nursing,instrument and apparatus, operation process, equipment cleaning, sterilization, maintenance and other aspects were closely nursing. Results In 28 cases, 1 case was complicated with cerebrospinal fluid leakage, 1 case with hyponatremia. After 2-3 months, MR was performed in 23 cases, subtotal removal in 5 cases, and the follow-up of the patients was good. Conclusion Endoscopic pituitary tumor resection with the advantages of small trauma, surgical field exposure to direct, rapid recovery and so on, is a effective treatment for pituitary tumor. High quality nursing cooperation is to ensure the success of the operation, reduce complications, the need to protect the infection. With the improvement of the clinical application and the level of medical technology, we need to study and sum up, and better serve the patients, and serve the clinic.
