用药指导对注射用质子泵抑制剂不良反应发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究注射用质子泵抑制剂不良反应发生情况及用药指导的临床价值。方法:将我院消化内科126例病例随机抽签分为观察组与对照组,两组均为63例,观察组采取药师用药指导干预,对照组常规用药指导,比较两组用药不良反应及不合理用药发生率。结果:观察组心动过速、腹泻、胃排空减缓、恶心及呕吐、肝功能异常发生率分别为0.00%、1.59%、0.00%、3.17%、1.59%与对照组4.76%、3.17%、3.17%、9.52%、3.17%比较较低,总发生率观察组6.35%与对照组23.79%比较显著较低(P<0.05);观察组时间过长、剂量过高、重复用药、联合用药不当、溶媒选用不当、用法不规范发生率分别为3.17%、1.59%、3.17%、7.94%、0.00%、0.00%与对照组12.70%、7.94%、7.94%、14.29%、1.59%、3.17%比较偏低,观察组不合理用药发生率15.87%与对照组47.63%比较显著较低(P<0.05)。结论:药师用药指导可显著降低质子泵抑制剂所致不良反应及不合理用药发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：To study the incidence of adverse reactions of proton pump inhibitors for injection and the：clinical value of medication guide. Methods ：126 cases of patients in digestive system department of the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 63 cases in each group. The observation group adopted pharmacist medication guide intervention while the control group received routine medication guide. The incidence rates of adverse drug reaction and irrational drug use were compared between the two group. Results： In the observation group, the incidence rates of tachycardia, diarrhea, gastric emptying slowing down, nausea and vomiting, liver dysfunction were 0 00%, 1 59%,0 00%,3 17% and 1.59% respectively which were lower than 4.76% ,3.17% ,3.17% ,9 52% and 3.17% in the control group and the total incidence rate was 6.35% which was also significantly lower than 23.79% in the control group （P〈0.05）; in the observation group, the incidence rates of overlong time, overhigh dose, repeated drug use, improper combination of drugs, inappropriate choice of solvent usage and non-standard usage respectively were 3.17% ,1.59% ,3.17% ,7.94% ,0.00% and 0.00% which were relatively lower than 12.70% ,7.94% ,7.94% ,14.29% ,1.59% and 3.17% in the control group and the the incidence rate of irrational drug use was 15.87% which was also significantly lower than 47.63% in the cintrol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pharmacist medication guide can significantly reduce the incidence rates of adverse reactions caused by proton pump inhibitors and irrational drug use, which is of high clinical application value.
