广西发展政策性森林保险的必要性与可行性研究

摘　　要：广西政策性森林保险业务经过四年多探索和发展后逐渐步入正轨,虽然取得了一定成绩但也存在不少问题,探讨开展政策性森林保险的必要性和可行性是促进其可持续发展的需要。发展政策性森林保险可满足广西林业风险保障需求,改善广西生态环境,也是促进集体林权制度改革的需要,是建设美丽广西的应有之义,发展政策性森林保险具有现实可行性。Having being explored and developed for more than three years,Guangxi policy forest insurance,which has already made some great achievements,still has to deal with many problems. We find it necessary to analyzethe necessity and feasibility of Guangxi policy forest insurance in order to promote its sustainable development. Devel-oping policy forest insurance,which is quite feasible,can fulfill the demand of Guangxi forest＇s risk cover andGuangxi environment＇s improvement. It＇s not only useful for promoting the collective forest rights system＇s innova-tion,but also helpful for the construction of beauty Guangxi.
