摘 要:本文在对美国、德国、新加坡等国的政策性住房金融模式进行比较分析的基础上,对其实践经验进行了梳理。针对我国当前政策性住房金融模式存在的问题,提出以下建议:一是加强对政策性住房金融的立法和监管;二是构建完善的住房金融市场结构;三是政策性住房金融业务发展要与商业性住房金融业务发展相协调;四是改革住房公积金制度,适时建立国家住房储蓄制度。The research of Policy-related housing finance models of developed countries is of great significance toChina. This paper conducts a comparative analysis of policy finance models of the United States,Germany,and Singa-pore,summarizes their practical experience,and puts some suggestions for China's Policy-related housing finance:firstly,the legislation and supervision of the Policy-related housing finance should be strengthened;secondly,an ef-fective housing finance market structure should be built;thirdly,the development of Policy-related housing financeshould coordinate with commercial housing finance;fourthly,the housing accumulation fund system should be re-formed and a national house saving scheme should be set up at appropriate time.
