摘 要:目的评价采取环境清洁和手卫生干预综合措施对重症医学科医院感染率的影响。方法观察某三甲医院重症医学科环境物体表面清洁度和手卫生合格率、手卫生依从性提高后,重症医学科相关医院感染发病率的变化。结果实施干预综合措施后,重症医学科环境物体表面的荧光标记法合格率从干预前的60.84%上升至91.61%,三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检测和微生物检测合格率分别由49.00%和60.00%上升至84.62%和90.77%;医务人员手的ATP检测和微生物检测合格率分别由48.00%和58.00%上升至85.71%和92.86%,手卫生依从性从干预前的42.71%提高至80.83%;医院感染调正日感染例次率从15.67‰下降至4.12‰,呼吸机相关肺炎发病密度从39.02‰下降至23.08‰。结论通过采取环境清洁和手卫生综合干预措施可以有效地降低重症医学科相关医院感染的发病率。Objective To evaluate the effect of improving environment decontamination pass rate and hand hy- giene adherence on hospital infection rate in ICU. Methods Observed the change of the environmental surface decontamination and hand hygiene pass rate, hand hygiene adherence, hospital infection rate in ICU before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the pass rate of cleaning quality of environment surface u- sing fluoresce in labeling method, ATP bioluminescence test and microbiological test raised from 60. 84% , 49. 00% and 60. 00% to 91.61%, 84. 62% and 90. 77% . The hand hygiene pass rate of ATP biolumines- cence test and microbiological test raised from 48.00% and 58.00% to 85.71% and 92.86%. The hand hy- giene adherence raised from 42. 71% to 80. 83%. The alignment daily hospital infection incidence in ICU re- duced from 15.67‰ to 4. 12‰. The incidence density of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU reduced from 39. 02‰ to 23.08‰. Conclusions Intervention measures were effective. By carrying out intervention measures the related hospital infection in ICU was reduced.
