氯氰菊酯复配剂现场杀灭白纹伊蚊的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究观察氯氰菊酯复配剂现场杀灭白纹伊蚊Aedes albopictus（Skus,1894）的效果。方法采用实验组在施药前后白纹伊蚊密度变化和与对照组白纹伊蚊密度变化评价氯氰菊酯复配剂的效果;采用网捕法监测施药前后白纹伊蚊密度。结果实验组2组在施药后0.5～6 h白纹伊蚊的杀灭率均为100%,而对照组在施水前后白纹伊蚊密度基本无变化;实验组2组到第8 h均出现白纹伊蚊,其密度与对照组差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.55,P〉0.05）。结论2组氯氰菊酯复配剂在6 h内对室外白纹伊蚊均有非常显著的杀灭效果。Objective pensing. Methods experimental group have 100% killing To investigate the effect of killing Aedes albopictus （Skuse, 1894） by cypermethrin dis- Cypermethrin dispensing killing efficacy were evaluated by measuring the density changes of and control group before and after applyingpesticide. Results The 2 experimental group all rate from 0. 5 h to 6 h after applying pesticide, while the control group have no density changes before and after watering. It is not until the eighth hour that the Aedes albopictus appears in the two experimental groups whose density has no significant statistically difference with control group （χ^2 = 2.55, P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusions There is a conspicuous efficacy of killing Aedes albopictus by using cypermethrin dis-pensing within 6 h outdoor.
