摘  要:目的了解某部自备生活饮用水水源卫生状况。方法对某部51个自备水源进行现场采样并检测总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌、菌落总数。检测方法依据《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750.12-2006),评价标准按《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)中规定的限值进行评价。结果 51个水源微生物学指标超标率为45.10%(23/51)。其中,总大肠菌群阳性率为45.10%(23/51),耐热大肠菌群阳性率为23.53%(12/51),大肠埃希氏菌阳性率为7.84%(4/51),菌落总数阳性率为3.92%(2/51)。结论受到污染的水源主要是未经水源水质综合整治的水源。应尽快采取有效的综合治理措施,同时加大饮水卫生监督检测力度,完善水源管理制度,减少水源污染。Objective To investigate the quality of water sources of drinking water provided for themselves in the Certain PLA Unit. Methods The water sarfiples were collected from 51 water sources and the total coliforms, thermo tolerant coliform bacteria, escherichia coli, standard plate- count bacteria were determined according to the Daily drinking water standard detection method (GB/T 5750. 12 -2006) and evaluated on the basis of Daily drinking water hygiene standard ( GB/5749 - 2006) . Results Of 51 drinking waters sources, as to total coliforms, thermo tolerant coliform bacteria, escherichia coli, standard plate - count bacteria, 45. 10% (23/ 51), 23.53% ( 12/51 ), 7.84% (4/51), 3.92% (2/51) were above the standard limits respective- ly. Conclusions Contaminated water were mainly without comprehensive to clean up the water. It is urgent and necessary to take effective disinfection measures and enforce supervision and perfect the management to im- prove the drinking water quality.
