硫酸钠在蛋鸡饲粮中的安全性评价

摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加高剂量硫酸钠对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血液学指标和组织病理学的影响,以确定硫酸钠对蛋鸡饲用的安全性。选取健康且体重和产蛋率相近的20周龄海兰白蛋鸡450只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。各组分别饲喂硫酸钠添加水平为0(对照组)、0.3%(推荐有效剂量组)、0.6%(2倍推荐有效剂量组)、1.5%(5倍推荐有效剂量组)和3.0%(10倍推荐有效剂量组)的试验饲粮。试验持续10周。结果显示:1)饲粮中添加硫酸钠对日产蛋重、平均蛋重、平均日采食量、产蛋率和料蛋比均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。2)与对照组相比,0.3%和0.6%组各项蛋品质指标有改善趋势(P〉0.05);与0.6%组相比,高剂量(1.5%和3.0%)组的蛋品质各项指标均显著降低(P〈0.05)。3)各组之间血液常规指标均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。4)与对照组相比,0.3%和0.6%组血浆葡萄糖、尿酸、肌酐、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮和总胆红素含量及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均无显著差异(P〉0.05);与0.6%组相比,高剂量(1.5%和3.0%)组极显著提高了血浆谷丙转氨酶活性(P〈0.01)。5)添加推荐剂量的5倍(1.5%)以上的硫酸钠会引起主要器官组织的损伤和病变。结果提示,饲粮中添加0~0.6%的硫酸钠对蛋鸡饲用是安全的。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the safety of high doses of sodium sulfate supplementation in laying hens diet by determining performance,egg quality,hymnological indices and histopathological changes.Four hundred and fifty 20-week-old Hy-Line white laying hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly allocated to 5groups with 6replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate.Birds were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(control),0.3%(the recommended available dose,RAD),0.6%(two fold of RAD),1.5%(five fold of RAD)and 3.0%(ten fold of RAD)sodium sulfate for 10 weeks,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)dietary sodium sulfate supplemental levels had no significant effects on daily egg mass,average egg mass,average daily feed intake,laying rate,the ratio of feed to egg(P〉0.05).2)Compared with the control group,0.3% and 0.6% groups had a trend of improving egg quality(P〉0.05);and compared with 0.6% group,the egg quality of high dose groups(1.5% and 3.0%)was significantly decreased(P〈0.05).3)Dietary sodium sulfate supplemental levels had no significant effects on blood routine parameters(P〉0.05).4)Compared with the control group,0.3% and 0.6% groups had no significant effects on the contents of glucose,uric acid,creatinine,total protein,albumin,usea nitrogen,total bilirubin and the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase,alkaline phosphatase in plasma(P〉0.05);compared with 0.6% group,high dose groups(1.5% and 3%)significantly increased plasma glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity(P〈0.01).5)Dietary sodium sulfate added levels in excess of 1.5% could damaged major organ tissues.It is indicated that dietary sodium sulfate supplemental level at 0to 0.6%is safe in laying hens diet.
