摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋氨酸水平对配种前期雌性蓝狐营养物质消化率、氮代谢及血清生化指标的影响。选择健康初产雌性北极狐150只,随机分为5组,每组30个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。Ⅰ~Ⅴ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0、0.26%、0.52%、0.78%和1.04%蛋氨酸的试验饲粮。预试期7d,正试期60d。结果表明:1)各组间干物质消化率和粗脂肪消化率差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅲ组粗蛋白质消化率显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P〈0.05)。2)各组食入氮量含量差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅴ组粪氮含量显著低于Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组尿氮含量显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P〈0.05)。Ⅳ组氮沉积含量极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P〈0.01),Ⅲ组和Ⅴ组氮沉积含量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P〈0.05)。3)大部分氨基酸表观消化率随着饲粮蛋氨酸水平的升高呈现升高的趋势。Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05),各组间血清白蛋白和球蛋白含量差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅲ组血清总蛋白含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05)。由此可见,在蛋白质水平为29.31%的饲粮中添加0.52%蛋氨酸,即饲粮中蛋氨酸水平为1.03%时,配种前期雌性蓝狐的营养物质消化率和血清生化指标较为理想,并且满足配种前期雌性蓝狐的蛋氨酸需要量。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary methionine level on nutrient digestibility,nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical parameters of female blue foxes in prepare breeding period.One hundred and fifty healthy female blue foxes were randomly assigned into 5groups with 30 replicates per group and 1fox per replicate.The blue foxes in groupsⅠtoⅤ were fed basal diet supplemented with 0,0.26%,0.52%,0.78% and 1.04% methionine,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7days and the trial lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the digestibility of dry matter and crude fat were found no significant difference among all groups(P〉0.05).The digestibility of crude protein in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ and Ⅱ(P〈0.05).2)The nitrogen intake content of each group was found no significant difference among all groups(P〉0.05).The fecal nitrogen content in groupⅤ was significantly lower than that in groupⅡ(P〈0.05),and the urine nitrogen content in groupⅢ andⅤ was significantly higher than that in groupⅡ(P〈0.05).The nitrogen deposition content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ and Ⅱ(P〈0.01),the nitrogen deposition content in groupⅢandⅤ was significantly higher than in groupsⅠandⅡ(P〈0.05).3)The mostly amino acid apparent digestibility increased with the increasing of dietary methionine level.The serum alanine aminotransferase activity in groupsⅢandⅣ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P〈0.05).The serum total protein content in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than in group Ⅰ(P〈0.05),but the content of albumin and globulin in serum had no significant difference among all groups(P〉0.05).In conclusion,when 0.52% methionine is supplemented in the protein diet with 29.31% protein level,that is,when the dietary methionine level is 1.03%,the female blue foxes have the optimum nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical parameters and meet t
