吗丁啉联合复方丹参注射液治疗糖尿病性胃病临床效果探析

摘　　要：目的对吗丁啉联合复方丹参注射液治疗糖尿病性胃病临床效果进行研究分析。方法选择2013年12月—2014年12月时间段该院接收的100例糖尿病性胃病患者,将他们划分成为研究组与对照组,各50例,对照组单纯采取吗丁啉治疗,研究组基于对照组采取复方丹参注射液联合治疗,就两个组别患者临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果研究组用药后胃半排空时间(51.8±13.9)min相较于对照组(63.7±12.6)min明显更低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果96.0%相较于对照组70.0%明显更佳,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吗丁啉联合复方丹参注射液使用于糖尿病性胃病患者临床疗效理想,可有效缓解患者周围神经病变、心血管系统症状,具备推广借鉴意义。Objective Analyze the effect of domperidone combined with compound Salvia injection in the treatment of dia-betic gastropathy. Methods Select 100 cases of diabetic patients with stomach from December 2013 to December 2014 peri-od in our hospital,who were divied into the research group and the control group, 50 patients in each group,the control group took domperidone therapy alone, the study group took Danshen injection-based combination therapy, then compared two groups’ clinical treatment. Results The study group’s emptying time after treatment of gastric （51.8 ±13.9） min compared to the control group （63.7 ± 12.6） min was significantly lower, the data were significantly different （P 〈0.05）; the study group was 96.0% compared to the therapeutic effect of control group 70.0% was significantly better, the data were signifi-cantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Domperidone combined with Danshen injection used in diabetic patients with stom-ach had ideal clinical efficacy, can relieve patients with peripheral neuropathy, cardiovascular symptoms, with the promotion of reference.
