盐酸氟西汀胶囊联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗伴有焦虑症状老年性高血压疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸氟西汀胶囊(百忧解)联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗伴有焦虑症状老年性高血压的疗效。方法将100例伴有焦虑症状老年性高血压随机分为两组,观察组50例,用盐酸氟西汀胶囊联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗有焦虑症状老年性高血压28天;对照组50例,用安慰剂联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压28天,研究两组治疗28天后的临床疗效。结果观察组比对照组焦虑症状明显缓解,血压明显平稳下降,两组在疗效上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察组比对照组降压强,血压平稳下降,未发现不良反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Fluoxetin Hydrochloride combined with LevamlodipineBesylateonthepatientswithsenilehypertensionandanxiety.Methods 100patientswithsenile hypertension and anxiety were divided into two groups randomly, 50 cases of the treatment group took Fluoxetin Hydrochloride and Levamlodipine Besylate for 28 days while 50 cases of the control group took placebo and Levamlodipine Besylate for 28 days, and observed the efficacy after the treatment.Results Anxiety was obviously relieved and blood pressure was steadily declined in the treatment group.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was really significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The treatment group gets better effect on declining blood pressure steadily.
