昆明环滇池滨水景观带规划构想

摘　　要：现代新昆明建设使得滇池由最初的城郊湖逐步转型成城中湖,探讨在"城-湖"格局关系重大变化的新背景下环滇池滨水景观带的规划构想。提出打造世界级高原湖泊观光旅游度假胜地、建设国家城市湿地公园、打造充满城市活力滨水开放空间以及建设国内一流环湖绿道的规划目标与定位,进而阐述针对性的发展策略以及"一环五板块"景观功能格局。The construction of modern new Kunming is inevitably changing Dianchi Lake from ″lake outside city″originally to ″lake inside city″gradually.The conception idea of Dianchi Lake waterfront landscape belt planning was discussed in this new background of the significant change of″City-Lake″pattern relation.It was proposed that planning and orientation to create the world-class high-land lake tourist resort,to construct the national urban wetland park,to create the waterfront open space full of urban vitality and to build the domestic first-class greenway around the Dianchi lake.Then it was illustrated that the related development strategies and the landscape function pattern of ″One Ring and Five Areas″.
