摘  要:针对《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》(JGJ 102—2003)中隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶厚度计算公式中的不合理性,在试验研究的基础上,通过有限元分析和理论推导,揭示了隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶在主体结构侧移下的变形机理,将隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶厚度计算公式进行修正。结果表明:在主体结构发生层间侧移时,玻璃面板在硅酮结构胶的带动作用下会发生转动,硅酮结构胶只承担主体结构层间侧移的一小部分;硅酮结构胶剪切位移折减系数取值应在0.45~0.50之间;所得结论可为中国隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶的设计和性能评估提供重要指导。According to the unreasonableness of adhesive thickness calculation formula of silicone structural sealant for hidden frame supported glass curtain walls in Technical Code for Glass Curtain W all Engineering (JGJ 102—2003) ,based on experimental research ,the deformation mechanism of silicone structural sealant for hidden frame supported glass curtain walls under lateral displacement of main structure was revealed by finite element analysis and theoretical derivation .T he corrected adhesive thickness calculation formula of silicone structural sealant for hidden frame supported glass curtain walls was presented .The results show that glass panel is drived to rotate by silicone structural sealant under lateral displacement of main structure ,and silicone structural sealant takes only a small part of the lateral displacement of main structure . The suggested value of reduction coefficient for shear displacement of silicone structural sealant is between 0 .45‐0 .50 .The obtained conclusion will play important role in design and performance evaluation of silicone structural sealant for hidden frame supported glass curtain walls in China .
