摘　　要：微透析是一种利用微透析探针在局部组织细胞外液中对生物分子取样的技术,广泛应用于药学、神经外科等学科,目前其在骨科的应用也涉及骨科各个专业,分别在骨科基础、慢性损伤、创伤骨科、关节外科、骨科感染、显微外科、脊柱外科、骨肿瘤方面,利用其微创、定位取样、多点监测、连续取样、多种检测手段的特点,通过对前列腺素E2、5-羟色胺、谷氨酸、P物质、肿瘤坏死因子α、去甲肾上腺素、钾离子等生理代谢物质,NSAID类、吗啡、头孢呋辛、马法兰等药物,骨碱性磷酸酶、1型C肽胶原蛋白、软骨寡聚基质蛋白、软骨蛋白多糖核心蛋白、葡萄糖-半乳糖化吡啶啉等特殊标志,在长骨干骺端、松质骨、皮质骨、骨骼肌、关节滑囊膜、游离皮瓣、脊髓内、肿瘤患肢主血管内进行检测,从而在分子水平取得结论。Microdialys（MD） is a technique for sampling the biochemical substances on the extracellular space with the inserted probe in the locality tissue. It＇s widely applicated in pharmacy, neurosurgery, etc. Otherwise, it＇s also applicated in orthopedics. For example, the field of basic research of orthopedics, MPS, trauma, joint surgery, infection of orthopedics, microsurgery, spine surgery and bone tumors. Utilizing the advantage of MD like minimal- ly invasive, locality sampling, muhipoint sampling, continuous sampling and multi-detection. The metabolic sub- stances like PGE2, 5-HT, glutamate, substance P, TNFα, norepinephrine and potassium; the drugs like NSAID, morphine, cefuroxime and melphalan; the sign substances like BAP, PIP, COMP, CSPCP and Glc-GaI-PYD. All of this substances is sampling with MD from long bones metaphysis, cancellous bone, cortical bone, skeletal mus- cle, synovial tissue, free flap, spine and limb with tumor. So we can making a conclusion in substance level.
