摘　　要：本文通过强调用整体系统方法思考和解决医学问题，是现代医学和科教发展的必然趋势，提出医生应全面提高素质，突破专科限制才能适应医学发展需要。本文着重从影像设备发展和影像片作用与医生读片诊断能力的矛盾方面，揭示全面提高医生素质的迫切性。强调加强每个医生的读片能力，是目前提高医疗水平的关键。l This article emphasizes,through thinking in overall system method, and solve the problem of medicine, is the inevitable trend of modern medical science and technology development. Doctors should improve quality is put forward, breaking through any limits from junior to meet the need of medical development. This article emphatically from imaging equipment development, and YingXiangPian effect, and the doctor read contradictory aspects of diagnostic capacity, reveals the urgency of improving the quality of the doctor in an all-round way. Emphasize strengthen the reading ability, every doctor is the key to improve the level of medical treatment.
