数控机床可靠性试验模拟方法研究

摘　　要：根据数控机床可靠性试验的工作原理,探讨了数控机床可靠性试验的截尾方式,绘制了数控机床可靠性试验的运行图,并进行了数控机床可靠性试验的Matlab仿真,包括仿真思路、步骤以及程序流程图的设计。同时考虑了维修时间的情况,随机模拟了数控机床的可靠性截尾试验,给出了具体的截尾数据产生实例。According to the operational principle for reliabihty test of NC machine tool, the truncation method for reliability test of NC machine tool is discussed; the operational diagrams are drawn and Matlab simulations for rehability test of NC machine tool are made, which includes simulation ideas, procedures, and program flowcharts. At the same time, the case of maintenance time is considered and a stochastic simulation for reliability censoring test of NC machine tool is made. Specific examples of censored data＇s generation are given.
