摘　　要：交通事故车速鉴定是事故责任划分的重要依据。以司法部2014年车速鉴定能力验证计划案例为例,对没有产生连续制动痕迹时被鉴定车辆的运动状态进行假设分析,基于制动痕迹进行交通事故车速鉴定计算,结合视频鉴定手段开展综合司法鉴定分析。研究表明:基于制动痕迹能够有效开展车速鉴定,但在鉴定过程中仍需要具体问题具体分析,同时还应基于协同理论综合运用其他方法开展交通事故车速鉴定。The Speed Determination is often an important basis for the identification division responsible for the accident. Taking the case of proficiency testing program of Ministry of Justice in 2014 as an example, hypothesis analysis is made about the state of motion of the vehicle with no continuous brake trace, the vehicle speed based on brake marks for the acci- dent is calculated, and a comprehensive forensic analysis combined with video identification is also made. The results show that it is effective to identify the speed by brake trace. However, in the process of identification, it is still needs to be ana- lyzed, and the speed of traffic accident identification should be carried out based on the theory of cooperation.
