山羊心脏冠状动脉和左心室联合铸型

摘　　要：目的探讨山羊冠状血管尤其是乳头肌供应血管的分布、走行。方法 40例山羊(雌雄不拘)以10%的氯化钾注射液经颈静脉快速注射处死,取出心脏,以ABS树脂和丙酮配成的溶液进行冠状动脉和左心室联合铸型,观察冠状动脉尤其是乳头肌供应血管的分布、走行,测量血管长度,对结果进行统计学处理。结果山羊冠状动脉分布均为左优势型,左冠状动脉分布广、表浅、行程长、分支多、管径粗大,右冠状动脉分布范围小、表浅、行程短、分支少、管径较细,前乳头肌一般由对角支供应,后乳头肌一般由左室支供应。结论心脏冠状动脉和左心室联合铸型可显示出乳头肌的供应血管,乳头肌血管分布较固定。[ Objective ] To explore the anatomic feature of the goat＇s coronary artery, especially the papillary muscle＇s artery. [ Method ] 40goats were killed by 10%KCL, cast the coronary artery and left ventricle with solution made by ABS resin and acetone. Observe the anatomic feature of coronary artery, especially the papillary muscle＇s artery. Measure and analyze the length of arteries. [ Result ] The left coronary of goat is predominant. The left one is bulky, long, superficial and has more branches; the right one is short, superficial, slim and has less branches. Diagonal branch supplies the anterior papillary muscle; Left ventricular branch supplies the posterior papillary muscle. [ Conclusion ] Joint casting of coronary artery and left ventricle can show the artery of papillary muscle, and the arteries are stable.
