摘 要:为研究发酵豆粕(FSM)对肥育猪生长性能、粪便成分、血液生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响,选取270头78 kg左右的杜长大肥育猪随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复18头猪。空白对照组饲喂无抗生素的基础饲粮,抗生素对照组在基础饲粮中添加黄霉素5 mg/kg,3个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加3%、6%和9%的FSM取代普通豆粕,各组营养水平调至相同。试验期为33 d。结果显示,与空白对照组相比,日增重3%发酵豆粕组、6%发酵豆粕组、9%发酵豆粕组分别提高8.82%(P<0.05)、8.13%(P<0.05)、7.18%(P>0.05),碱性磷酸酶含量分别提高34.52%(P<0.05)、20.88%(P>0.05)、3.01%(P>0.05),粪便中氮含量分别降低5.52%(P<0.05)、6.90%(P<0.05)、5.86%(P<0.05),粪便中磷含量分别降低18.54%(P<0.05)、10.11%(P>0.05)、18.54%(P<0.05)。与空白对照组和抗生素对照组相比,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量3%发酵豆粕组、6%发酵豆粕组、9%发酵豆粕组分别提高16.37%(P<0.05)、22.94%(P<0.05)、38.57%(P<0.05)和11.85%(P<0.05)、18.17%(P<0.05)、33.19%(P<0.05);总抗氧化能力,3%发酵豆粕组、6%发酵豆粕组分别提高148.82%(P<0.01)、227.15%(P<0.01)和105.68%(P<0.01)和170.44%(P<0.01),9%发酵豆粕组分别降低10.90%(P>0.05)和26.35%(P>0.05)。综合各项指标和从减少饲料成本考虑,78 kg左右肥育猪饲粮中发酵豆粕的适宜用量是3%。To investigate the effects of fermented soybean meal (FSM) on growth performance,fecal compounds, biochemical index and antioxidant index in serum of fattening pigs.270 fattening pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) about 78 kg of weight were divided randomly into the blank control group,the antibacterial control group and three treatment groups by weight and sex,each group had three repeats with 18 fattening pigs.The blank control group were fed with no-antibiotic basal diet,the antibacterial control group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg of flavomycin,the treatment group I, II and m were fed with basal diet supplemented with 3%,6% and 9% of FSM in place of soybean meal.The experiment lasted 33 days.The results indicated that the daily gain of 3% FSM,6% FSM,and 9% FSM group increased by 8.82%(P〈0.05),8.13%(P〈0.05),7.18%(P〉0.05),the content of alkaline phosphatase in serum increased by 34.52%(P〈0.05),20.88%(P〉0.05),3.01%(P〉0.05),nitrogen content in feces reduced by 5.52% (P 〈0.05),6.90% (P 〈0.05) and 5.86%(P〈0.05),phosphorus content in feces reduced by 18.54%(P〈0.05),10.11%(P〉0.05),18.54%(P〈0.05) compared with the blank control group, respectively.Compared with the blank and the antibacterial control group,the glutathione peroxidase content in serum of 3% FSM,6% FSM,and 9% FSM group increased by 16.37% (P〈0.05),22.94% (P〈0.05),38.57% (P〈0.05),and 11.85% (P〈0.05), 18.17%(P〈0.05),33.19%(P〈0.05),respectively.At the same time,the total antioxident ability of 3% FSM,6% FSM group respectively increased by 148.82% (P〈0.01),227.15% (P〈0.01),and 105.68% (P〈0.01),170.44% (P〈0.01),but this ability of 9% FSM respectively reduced by 10.90%(P〉0.05) and 26.35%(P〉0.05).Conclusion,3% FSM added in basal diet is suitable dosage for 78 kg fattening pigs considering various indicators and feed costs.
