功能性鼻内镜手术治疗上颌窦疾病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内镜治疗上颌窦疾病的疗效。方法：选择2013年5月~2014年9月在我院接受上颌窦疾病治疗的患者39例（62侧），对其实施鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术开放扩大上颌窦口，观察患者窦口的开放情况，统计其缩窄率及闭锁率。结果：39例患者中有36例术后症状完全缓解或部分缓解，占92.31%；手术前CT评分≥10分的27侧有12侧术后上颌口缩窄，术前CT评分〈10分的35侧有30侧上颌窦口缩窄，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；手术中23侧伴息肉者有4侧术后上颌窦口闭锁，39侧不伴息肉者均无上颌窦口闭锁，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：功能性鼻内镜手术治疗上颌窦疾病可取得良好疗效，伴息肉患者术后上颌窦口闭锁率高，病变范围严重者术后缩窄率较高。Objective：Analysis of nasal endoscopic treatment of maxillary sinus disease clinical efficacy. Methods：May 2013~September 2014 to ac-cept the choice of treatment of maxillary sinus diseases in our hospital 39 patients （62 sides）, the implementation of endoscopic sinus surgery to ex-pand open open maxillary sinus ostium opening situation of patients with sinus, observation, statistics of its constriction ratio and atresia rate. Re-sults：In 39 cases, 36 cases of patients with postoperative symptoms of complete or partial remission, accounted for 92.31%;CT score before opera-tion more than 10 points in 27 of 12 patients with postoperative maxillary lateral opening constriction;35 sides of the preoperative CT score〈10 pa-tients there were 30 cases of maxillary sinus ostium coarctation;group two to narrow the difference in prevalence significantly, P〈0.05 with statisti-cal significance;operation in 23 patients with polyps side in 4 patients after locking the side opening of maxillary sinus, maxillary sinus atresia in 39 patients without the export side without polyps, compare the difference of two groups of patients rate atresia significantly, P〈0.05 statistically signifi-cance. Conclusion：Maxillary sinus diseases of functional endoscopic sinus surgery therapy has a good clinical effect, with polyp patients postopera-tive maxillary sinus ostium atresia rate, lesion range in patients with severe postoperative constrictive rate is higher.
