广州市越秀区政府副处级以上干部健康体检结果及对策分析

摘　　要：目的：分析广州市越秀区副处级以上干部的身体健康状况，对常发及高发疾病提出针对性对策，为日后开展健康干预工作提供依据。方法：对2015年广州市越秀区325名副处级以上干部体检结果进行统计分析。结果：副处级以上干部患病达10多种，且同一患者可同时患几种慢性疾病；甲状腺异常、血脂异常、体重指数超标、腰椎、颈椎增生/退行性变发生率均高达50%以上，高尿酸血症、脂肪肝也超过35%；女性干部乳腺增生/结节/囊肿合计超过70%，子宫肌瘤/子宫内低回声/子宫占位等也接近50%；男性干部前列腺增生发病率达15.48%。结论：副处级以上干部体检不容忽视，应及早控制疾病的危险因素，树立正确的健康观念，提倡健康的生活方式，从而有效改善其生活质量及健康水平。Objective：To analyze the physical condition of Guangzhou Yuexiu cadres above place class, puts forward corresponding counter-mea-sures for the common and high-risk disease, and provide the basis for carrying out health intervention work. Methods：Analyzed examination results of 325 cadres above place class in Guangzhou Yuexiu Satistically, and provide the basis for carrying out health intervention work. Results：The abnor-mal thyroid gland and blood lipid,body mass index to exceed bid, lumbar and cervical hyperplasia/degeneration are all as high as above 50%of the examiners. The incidence of high uric acid hematic disease, fatty liver are more than 35%, and mammary gland hyperplasia/nodules/cyst of women cadres are more than 70%in total, uterine fibroids/low echo in uterus/uterus placeholder are close to 50%. The male incidence of cadre of prostatic hyperplasia is 15.48%. Conclusion：Cadres above place class examination cannot be ignored, and the risk factors of the disease should be controlled as early as possible to improve their quality of life and health level through setting up the correct health concept and advocating a healthy lifestyle.
