屈螺酮炔雌醇片对稽留流产清宫术后子宫内膜的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨稽留流产清宫术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片对患者术后宫腔粘连及子宫内膜修复的影响。方法:在我院就诊的92例稽留流产清宫术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组患者给予常规治疗;观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗。结果:观察组患者术后阴道流血持续时间、阴道流血量、月经复潮时间及子宫内膜恢复厚度指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后2周,观察组患者尿HGG转阴率80.43%,高于对照组患者尿HGG转阴率52.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者宫腔粘连的总发生率为6.52%,低于对照组患者宫腔粘连总发生率21.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稽留流产清宫术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片,可有效缩短阴道流血时间、减少阴道流血量、缩短月经复潮时间,有利于子宫内膜修复,同时能有效预防术后宫腔粘连的发生。Objectives：To investigate the effect of Yasmin intervention on intrauterine adhesions and endo-metrial repair in curettage operation of missed abortion.Methods：92 cases of missed abortion patients in our hospi-tal were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.Control group：patients were given conventional treatment.Observation group：patients received both conventional treatment and Yasmin treatment.Results：The vaginal bleeding duration after operation,the amount of vaginal bleeding,menstruation time,endometrial thickness restoration index in the observation group were better than the control group,with signif-icant difference （P 〈0.01 ）.After 2 weeks,the urine HGG negative rate in the observation group was 80.43%, higher than 52.1 7% in the control group,with significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）.The total incidence of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was 6.52%,lower than 21 .74% in the control group,with significant difference （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of Yasmin in curettage operation of missed abortion can effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the time of menses resumption,which is conducive to repairing the endometrium and can effectively prevent the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions.
