应用一次性包皮环切缝合器与商环治疗包皮过长的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用一次性包皮环切缝合器与商环治疗包皮过长临床疗效比较。方法:从疼痛程度、手术时间、术后恢复时间、出血情况及术后美观度这几个方面对以上两种术式进行比较。结果:一次性包皮环切缝合器治疗包皮过长在其疼痛程度、手术时间及术后愈合时间上比商环治疗包皮过长具有明显优势(P<0.05),在出血情况与外形美观度上与其相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用一次性包皮环切缝合器与商环治疗包皮过长都具有手术操作简单、术后患者满意度高的特点,但在手术时间及愈合时间及出血情况及疼痛情况两者存有一定的差异。Objectives：To explore the clinical curative effect of disposable circumcision suture device and the Shang ring on the treatment of redundant prepuce.Methods：The degree of pain,duration of surgery,recovery time of postoperative,hemorrhage and the aesthetic extent of postoperative were compared between the two treatment methods.Results：The treatment with the disposable circumcision suture device had a distinct advantage in the de-gree of pain,duration of surgery,recovery time of postoperative （P ＆lt;0.05）.And there was no significant differ-ence in the aesthetic extent and hemorrhage （P ＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：Both the two kinds of surgical options had a common feature in simple operation and high level of satisfaction.However,there are differences in the duration of surgery,recovery time of postoperative and hemorrhage between the two surgical options.
