经方四逆散在男科临床上的运用

摘　　要：四逆散被誉为疏肝剂之祖方,具有疏气机、理肝脾之效,主治肝胆气机阻滞、脾胃升降受阻、阳热内郁等证。男科临床上,肝失疏泄、阳气郁遏之证颇为常见,多为四逆散治疗的适应症。笔者运用四逆散治疗男科疾病,取得较好疗效。Si -ni -san is known as the origin medicine of the shugan decoction,with the effect of shuqi＆amp;nbsp;and smoothing the spleen and liver.The major function of it is to treat the block of qi in spleen and liver and depres-sion.Liver dysfunction and yang -qi blocking is very common in andrology,which are the indications of Si -ni -san.We use Si -ni -san in the treatment of male diseases and obtain good curative effect,which is introduced in the article.
