北方栽培双孢蘑菇的品种筛选

摘　　要：对于双孢蘑菇的品种,最重要的是产量和质量。对176品种、163品种、U3品种、152品种和111品种这5种双孢蘑菇进行了相关试验,并得出了最终的试验结果。结果显示,这5个品种的双孢蘑菇都能在北方发菌、出菇,产量和形态较佳的是176品种,产量不错但形态不佳的是163品种,形态不错但产量不好的是U3品种和152品种。由试验结果可知,在北方,如果用于鲜食,可以栽培176品种和163品种;如果用于制罐出口,则可以栽培U3品种和152品种。The most important is the yield and quality of the double spore mushroom. The 5 species, 163 varieties, U3 varieties, 152 varieties and 111 varieties of 176 kinds of double spore mushroom were tested, and the final test results were obtained. The results showed that the 5 varieties of the double spore mushroom can be in the north of the mushroom, mushroom, yield and morphology is better than 176 varieties, yield is good but the shape of the 163 varieties, but the yield is not good U3 varieties and 152 varieties. The test results show, in the north, if used fresh can of 176 and 163 varieties cultivation; if used for canning export, U3 cultivated varieties and 152 species.
