摘  要:目的通过对泸州市建城区范围内蚊虫进行监测,掌握泸州市蚊虫的密度、种群构成、生境构成情况及季节消长规律,为传染病的科学防治及虫媒相关治理提供科学依据。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》执行,捕蚊采用诱蚊灯法。结果蚊密度年平均为6.87只/(灯·h),7-9月出现高峰,各月密度分别为11.9、17.2和11.6只/(灯·h)。致卷库蚊为优势种(39.5%),其次为骚扰阿蚊(32.9%)。牲畜棚的蚊密度最高,医院最低。结论初步掌握了泸州市蚊虫种群分布及季节消长情况,为进一步开展系统监测、虫媒防制和虫媒疾病预防提供了科学参考。Objective To understand the density , species composition , habitat composition and, seasonal change rules of mosquitoes of Luzhou city's urban area through monitoring mosquitoes in the city scale of Luzhou city , and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and insect related management. Methods Accoring to the National vector biological monitoring project (trial), capture the mosquitoes with by using the method of mosquito lure lamp. Results Mosquito average density was 6. 87 / light - hour, peak in in July -September, and it was respectively 11.9, 17. 2, 11.6 / light - hours monthly in which Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the dominant species (39.5%), and that followed by the Armigeres subalbatus (32.9%) . Mosquito density is highest in livestock shed, lowest in hospital. Conclusions Preliminary mastered the population distribution and seasonal ebb and flow of mosquitoes, provide a scientific reference for the further development of the system of monitoring, insect control and insect borne disease pre- vention.
