复合杀虫剂对白纹伊蚊的药效试验研究

摘　　要：目的观察复合杀虫剂快速杀灭室内白纹伊蚊Aedes albopictus的药物效果。方法采用实验组施药前后蚊虫密度变化和实验组与对照组蚊虫密度变化评价杀灭药效。结果实验组在施药后30 min白纹伊蚊全部被杀灭,连续观察到第6天没有发现白纹伊蚊,而对照组白纹伊蚊密度基本无变化;到第7-8天实验组开始出现白纹伊蚊,其密度与对照组无明显差别。结论复合杀虫剂对室内白纹伊蚊具有好的快速杀灭效果,药效可持续6d。Objective The efficacy can be observed in the research which taking compound insecticide to kill indoor aedes albopictus. Methods The density - variation of aedes albopictus before and after applying pesticide and the density -variation between experimental group and control group can be used to evaluate the killing ef- ficacy. Results The aedes albopictus were all killed after 30 minutes with applying pesticide and none of aedes albopictus can be found with continuous observation lasting for 6 days and the density of experimental group and control group have no change ; It＇s not until the 7 - 8 day that the aedes albopictus can be found in the experimental group and no change appeared between the effect on rapidly killing indoor aedes albopictus , the 2 groups. Conclusions Compound insecticide has a good killing efficacy can last for 6 days.
