无锡市锡山区2012-2013年从业人员丙氨酸氨基转氨酶、甲肝、戊肝抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解无锡市锡山区从业人员对修改检验项目实施后健康体格检查的情况,为卫生监督及疾病预防控制提供科学依据。方法取受检者静脉血,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)使用全自动生化仪采用酶学速率法测定;抗-HAV IgM、抗-HEV IgM采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测。结果 2012-2013年无锡市锡山区从业人员体检共17 438人,ALT异常1 318人,异常率为7.56%;抗-HAV IgM阳性1人,抗-HEV IgM阳性12人,总阳性率为0.07%。结论从业人员中检测到一定比例的ALT异常、少数抗-HAV和HEV IgM抗体阳性个体,ALT异常率与IgM阳性率分布不一致,应全面开展卫生宣传和监督监测,加强从业人员体检,提升预防控制水平,保障地区居民健康。Objective To investigate the situation of the health medical examination of practitioners after the implementation of the project of modify the inspection items in Xishan District, to provide the scientific basis for health monitoring and disease prevention and control. Methods The serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT） of the subjects blood was examined by using enzymatic rate method with automatic biochemical analyzer; HAV - IgM and HEV -IgM was examined by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） . Results 17438 practitioners were detected the physical examination in Xishan district form 2012 to 2013, ALT of 1318 peoples was abnormal, the abnormal rate was 7.56% ; one was HAV -IgM positive, 12 were HEV -IgM positive, the total positive rate was 0. 07%. Conclusions A certain proportion of abnormal ALT of practitioners and a few HAV - IgM antibody positive individuals was detected, distribution of the abnormal rate of ALT was inconsistent with the positive rate of HAV - IgM and HEV - IgM, should carry out a comprehensive health promotion and supervision and monitoring, strengthen the physical examination of practitioners, and enhance the level of prevention and control, to protect residents health.
