摘　　要：讨论了社会成本的组成因素,并基于社会成本难以量化的特点,采用VISSIM交通仿真建立了社会成本计算模型。通过VISSIM建模仿真和社会成本模型计算得到社会成本相关经济指标,并采用生命周期分析法得到直接成本与社会成本效益费用比,分析社会成本与直接成本之间的相关关系。最后得出结论:预防性养护方案在直接成本和社会成本两方面优于常规养护方案。The component elements of social cost was discussed and social cost model was built with the help of VISSIM for the reason that social cost cannot be calculated easily.Economic indicators that related to social cost were got though VISSIM simulation and other social cost model,meanwhile benefit-cost ratio was calculated through life cycle analysis to discuss the relationship between social cost and direct cost.Conclusion is that preventive maintenance is better than conventional maintenance in both direct cost and social cost.
