摘　　要：To the Editor： A 44-year-old man with no remarkable past medical history, was admitted with I-month history of fever and lymphadenopathy. He also had night sweats, malaise. arthralgia, urine volume reduction, abdominal distention, and weight loss. Physical exainination revealed swollen lymph nodes in the neck, axillary fossae and inguinal grooves, palpable liver and spleen, shifting dullness and edema.To the Editor： A 44-year-old man with no remarkable past medical history, was admitted with I-month history of fever and lymphadenopathy.
