高频超声在评价晚孕子宫瘢痕愈合中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在评价晚孕子宫瘢痕愈合中的价值。方法对65例晚孕子宫瘢痕,经腹低频、高频超声分别检查后,测量瘢痕厚度并观察回声的变化,其结果与手术诊断相对照。结果手术诊断为子宫切口愈合良好孕妇中。超声低频诊断符合率为74.4%,高频诊断符合率为97.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术诊断为子宫瘢痕缺陷孕妇中,超声低频诊断符合率为69.2%,高频诊断符合率为92.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹高频超声检查安全、简便,能更客观地反映子宫瘢痕的愈合情况,使诊断准确率明显提高,是诊断子宫瘢痕愈合情况的首选方法,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound scan of scarred uterus during late pregnancy. Methods Based on the results of 65 late pregnancy scarred uterus case through abdominal low frequency and high frequency ultrasound examination, the thickness of the scar is measured and the change of echo was observed. The total result was compared with surgical diagnosis. Results In the cases of pregnant women surgical diagnosed scar healing well, low-frequency diagnostic coincidence rate was 74.4%, the high frequency diagnosis coincidence rate was 97.4%. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the cases of pregnant women surgical diagnosed scar healing with flaw, low frequency conforms to the diagnosis was 69.2%, high frequency diagnosis coincidence rate was 92.3%. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The abdominal high-frequency ultrasound is safe, convenient, and able to reflect the healing of the Scarred uterus more objectively. It obviously improves the diag- nostic accuracy rate, could be the first choice for diagnosis of uterine scar healing and is worth to be widely used.
