吻合器治疗混合痔的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察混合痔使用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与外剥内扎术治疗的临床疗效。方法 70例混合痔患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。观察组给予吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗,对照组给予传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、住院时间均优于对照组;总有效率高于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。ObjectiveTo observe clinical effect by anastomat upper hemorrhoid mucosa cerclage and Milligan-Morgan procedure in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.MethodsA total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group received anastomat upper hemorrhoid mucosa cerclage for treatment, and the control group received traditional Milligan-Morgan procedure for treatment. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe observation group had all better operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain time, and hospital stay than the control group. It also had higher total effective rate and lower incidence of complications than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. ConclusionImplement of anastomat upper hemorrhoid mucosa cerclage provides precisely clinical effect in treating mixed hemorrhoid, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
