摘　　要：目的探讨电子喉镜下声带手术后并发声带瘢痕的预防措施。方法对189例声带息肉、声带小结患者施行电子喉镜手术,在整个围手术期采取必要的预防措施,以防术后并发声带瘢痕。在术前做好术前准备、病因治疗、有效麻醉,术中重视操作技巧、术后声休及药物治疗等。结果 189例患者中,34例术后并发声带瘢痕,其中,声门能闭合者21例,声门闭合不全者13例,瘢痕发生率占18.0%。并发声带瘢痕的患者中,声门能闭合者所占比例较高,为61.7%。结论预防电子喉镜声带手术后并发声带瘢痕非常重要,必须引起重视,各种针对性的预防措施应贯穿整个围手术期,才能避免或减少声带瘢痕的发生率。ObjectiveTo investigate prevention measures for complicated vocal scar after electronic laryngoscopic vocal cord surgery.MethodsA total of 189 patients with polyp of vocal cord and vocal nodules received electronic laryngoscopic vocal cord surgery. Necessary prevention measures were applied during perioperative period for preventing postoperative complicated vocal scar. It is necessary for preoperative preparation, pathogenesis treatment, effective anesthesia, intraoperative attention on operational skill, postoperative vocal rest and medication treatment.ResultsThere were 34 cases with complicated vocal scar after operation in the 189 patients. Among them, 21 cases had closed glottis and 13 cases had glottic insufficiency, with the incidence of scar as 18.0%. Patients with closed glottis accounted largely in vocal scar ones as 61.7%.ConclusionIt is important and requires attention for prevention of complicated vocal scar after electronic laryngoscopic vocal cord surgery. Various prevention measures should be provided in perioperative period to eliminate or reduce incidence of vocal scar.
