摘  要:研究了采用碱焙烧法从稀土抛光粉废渣中回收稀土的生产工艺。将稀土抛光粉废渣通过碱焙烧、水洗酸化除杂后得到氧化稀土。酸化滤液经草酸沉淀、灼烧得到氧化稀土。工艺中未采用氟化氢、硝酸等对环境危害较大的酸,回收过程无污染,稀土抛光粉废渣得到合理的综合利用。实验研究表明,稀土回收率达90%以上,氧化稀土的纯度96%以上。本工艺具有投资少、流程简单、回收利用率高、对环境友好等优点。The technology of recovering RE from waste RE polishing powder by alkali roasting was investigated in the pa- per. After the impurities were removed by alkalis roasting,water washing and acidizing, rare earth solution was poduced. RE oxide was obtained from filtrate by oxalic acid precipitation and ignition. The comprehensive usage of the waste RE polishing powder is reasonable. It is shown that the recovery of rare earth is more than 90% ,the purity of rare earth oxide is more than 96%. The process has the advantages of low investment, simple flowsheet,high recovery and environment friendly.
