鱼腥草薄层鉴别方法研究及对照图谱的建立

摘　　要：为了建立鱼腥草鉴别方法和对照图谱,采用薄层色法对鱼腥草的不同组分进行鉴别,并对影响色谱分离效果的主要因素(吸附剂、展开剂等)进行优化。结果发现薄层鉴别方法简便、重现性好,结果可靠,可用于鱼腥草的定性鉴别。In order to establish identification method and control TLC fingerprint for houttuynia cordata, thin-layer chromatography was applied for identification in different classification of houttuyniacordata. Optimization was made on main influencing factors （adsorbing material, developing solvent, etc） of chromatographic separation effect. The results showed that thin-layer chromatography contained convenience and good repeatability. This method also provided creditable resuhs, and it could be applied in qualitative identification for houttuynia cordata.
