摘　　要：为减少国内零售业商品损耗,同时节省人力,提高零售业管理效率,提出一种适合企业发展需求,高效易用的视频监控系统。介绍国内外视频监控系统的发展现状,探讨软件采用C/S结构、视频图像编码技术、实时传输协议。介绍多画面视频浏览的设计原理和实现方法,实现多画面视频的播放、画面切换和视频播放停止功能。理论分析和系统测试结果表明,该系统具有很强的实用性。Software using C/S structure, discussed video image coding technology and reaitime transport protocal. De- tailedly introduced the design pricinple and realization method of the video multi-screen browsing. Realizing the function of multi-screen broadcast, picture switch and the video stop display. The theoretical analysis and results of system test show that the system has strong practicability.
