氯沙坦钾联合脉络宁注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氯沙坦钾联合脉络宁注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法选择2012年1月-2013年12月医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者121例,随机分为治疗组61例和对照组60例。2组均予常规治疗,同时对照组予氯沙坦钾片口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用脉络宁注射液治疗。2个月为1个疗程治疗,连续治疗2个疗程,观察、比较2组疗效及治疗前后血肌酐,24h尿蛋白、血尿素氮指标。结果治疗组总有效率为86.89%明显高于对照组的70.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后肌酐、24h尿蛋白、尿素氮与治疗前比较均下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显,治疗组不良反应发生率亦低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾联合脉络宁注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,临床效果显著,安全性高,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of losartan potassium combined with MaiLuoNing injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 121 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into treatment group（61 cases and control group（60 cases）. 2 groups were treated with conventional therapy,and the control group given chlorine potassium. The treatment group was treated with MaiLuoNing injection on the basis of the control group. 2 months for 1 courses of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses. The treatment effect,Scr,Pro 24h and BUN be-fore and after treatment of 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 70%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）;After treatment,The 24h Pro,BUN and Scr in the 2 groups were decreased,and the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the control group,and the incidence of ad-verse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of losartan potassium combined with MaiLuoNing injection in treating chronic glo-merulonephritis is very good. high safety,less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
