摘　　要：目的：分析我院静脉用药调配中心2013年5月以来抗肿瘤药物的不合理医嘱，并进行有效干预，促进抗肿瘤药物的合理应用。方法以2013年5～12月为第1组，2014年1～12月为第2组，对本院静脉用药调配中心2013年5月-2014年12月共59402份抗肿瘤药物中不合理医嘱进行统计、分析。结果2013年第1组不合理医嘱所占比例为0.295%，2014年第2组不合理医嘱所占比例为0.122%。二者相比，有显著统计学差异（ P＜0.05）。结论药师对不合理医嘱的审核和及时干预至关重要，这能够促进临床合理用药，保障患者用药安全。Objective To analyze and intervene of irrational medical orders for antineoplastic medicine in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College,promoting rational use of antitumor medicines from May 2013 to December 2014. Methods Irrational medical orders of antineoplastic medicine in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of our hospital were counted and analyzed from May 2013 to December 2014 based on the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China（ 2010 ）. Results The proportion of irrational medical orders of antineoplastic medicine in 2013（considered as first group）is 0. 295%. The proportion of irrational medical orders of antineoplastic medicine in 2014 （considered as second group）is 0. 122%. There is great statistical significance between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Irrational medical orders of antineoplastic medicine included irrational choice of menstruum,improper dosage of menstruum,and order entry mistakes etc. Conclusion It is of great importance to examine and intervene irrational medical orders timely by pharma-cists,which would promote rational use of antineoplastic medicine and ensure the medication safety of patients.
