摘　　要：李克强总理为第五次全国地方志工作会议所作的重要批示中明确对地方志工作提出"修志问道,以启未来"的高标准和严要求。秉持人民至上、修志为民的理念是修志问道、以启未来的必要前提;守望直书实录、实事求是的原则是修志问道、以启未来的坚实基础;发掘经世致用、资政育人的智慧是修志问道、以启未来的主要内容;固守苦练内功、辛勤耕耘的精神是修志问道、以启未来的根本保障。Premier Li Keqiang,in his important written instructions for the Fifth National Local Records Work Conference,clearly set forth a high standard and strict requirement 'to compile local records and search for the way to inspire future generations'.Upholding the conviction of compiling local records for the people and of people's interests first are the necessary premise;defending the principle of recording the actual facts and seeking the truth from facts are the concrete foundation;excavating the wisdom of practical application of knowledge and providing references for governance and education are the main contents;and insisting on the spirits of hard practice and industrious cultivation are the key guarantee for carrying out the Premier's instructions.
