中药组方对鲫斜管虫抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：分别进行了贯众、川楝子、苦参和土木香四种中药对鲫(Carassius auratus)的急性毒性试验和不同组方中药对鲫斜管虫(Chilodonella)的杀灭抑制试验和鲫斜管虫回归感染脱落试验。结果显示:贯众对鲫的毒性远强于川楝子、苦参和土木香。苦参的杀虫效果较好,组方苦参+川楝子以5.057 g/L施用的杀虫效果比苦参以0.5倍安全浓度(4.288 g/L)施用的效果更好。The acute toxicity test of four Chinese herbal medicines including crassirhizoma fortune on Carassius auratus, the killing and inhibition test of different Chinese medicine compounds on C. auratus chilodoneUa, together with the recursire infection experiment on C. auratus Chilodonella were conducted under experimental conditions, respectively. The results indicated that the toxicity of cyrtomiurhfortunei was much stronger than those of toosendan, sophora and Inula helenium. Sophora exhibited excellent insecticidal effect among these four components and a better insecticidal effect could be achieved when prescription of sophora and toosendan was used in an amount of 5. 057 g/L relative to sophora used in an amount of 50 percent security concentration （4. 288 g/L）.
