技术创新协同、法律服务与我国企业国际化

摘　　要：利用《世界银行企业调查数据库》深入分析技术创新协同、法律服务对我国企业国际化的影响,结果显示:技术创新协同显著地促进我国制造业企业出口,法律服务并非单调地影响制造业企业出口,而是提高法律服务先对制造业企业出口起到负向影响,到达某一临界点后再起到正向促进作用。这些结论并没有随着制造业企业出口选择、出口总额和出口概率的变化而变化,而技术创新协同和法律服务对我国服务业企业国际化的影响不太显著。The paper, by the World Bank＇s enterprise survey database, deeply＇ analyses the influences of techno- logical innovation coordination, legal services on firm internationalization in China. The results show that technolog- ical innovation coordination significantly promotes manufacturing enterprises export in our country, while legal serv- ice is not monotonous to affect manufacturing enterprises export, via namely at firs improve the legal services have a negative effect on manufacturing enterprises export, when reaching a tipping point the former have a positive role in promoting manufacturing enterprises export. These conclusions do not change of export choice, export volume and export probability of manufactiaring enterprises However, the result is not significant in service.
