摘　　要："一带一路"是"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的简称,它是一种理念和倡议,它通过模式创新,从而驱动科技金融发展。通过分析科技金融在"一带一路"中的重要作用,探讨"一带一路"创新驱动中科技金融"试验田"发展模式,并对"一带一路"的几种模式进行比较分析,提出了相应的政策建议。The Belt and Road referred to the ＂Silk Road Economic Zone＂ and ＂twenty--first Century Maritime Silk Road＂, it is a kind of idea and suggestion. This concept is different from the way we develop the original, it based on the model innovation, so as to drive the development of science and technology finance. This paper firstly analyzes the importance of science and technology finance in the Belt and Road. And then explores a science and technology finance ＂experimental field＂ development model of innovation driven in the Belt and Road. Finally, put- ting forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on different model of the Belt and Road analysis.
