摘 要:目的:探讨运动性膝关节软骨损伤的磁共振成像表现及其临床应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析40例运动性膝关节软骨损伤患者的磁共振各序列图像资料,并与关节镜及手术结果相对照研究。结果:MRI FSPD/T2序列发现软骨损伤60处,敏感度为89.7%,特异度为96.7%,阳性预测值为89.2%,阴性预测值为97.4%。结论:MRI FS-PD/T2序列能准确的判断软骨损伤的范围和深度,与关节镜检查一致性高,并能发现关节镜不能提示的软骨下骨质结构损伤等。Purpose: To in investigate the manifest and application on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of motility injury of knee joint cartilage. Materials and Methods: Each MRI subsequence informations of 40 patients with motility injury of knee joint cartilage were retrospectively analyzed and compared with operation results. Results: 60 places of cartilage inju- ries were found by MRI FS - PD/T subsequence which had 89. 7% of sensitivity, 96. 7% of specificity, 89. 2% of positive predictive value and 97.4% of negative predictive value. Conclusion : The length and depth of cartilage injuries were exactly judged by MRI FS - PD/T2 subsequence consistent with result of arthroscopes examination and also found the selerotin injuries under cartilage rather than found by arthroscopes examination.
