摘　　要：目的:总结肋骨骨折MSCT漏诊原因。材料与方法:回顾性分析6例肋骨骨折漏诊病例CT图像。结果:6例患者第1次CT检查发现肋骨骨折13根,第2次CT复查发现肋骨骨折26根。结论:MSCT诊断肋骨骨折存在一定局限性,应加强随访复查。Purpose ： Summary of the causes of missed diagnosis of rib fracture MSCT. Materials and Methods： A retrospective analysis of 6 cases of rib fracture of missde diagnosis of CT image. Results： 6 patients with first CT findings of rib fracture 13 root, second CT review found that rib fracture 26 root. Conclusion： MSCT diagnosis of rib fracture has certain limitation, should strengthen the follow up review.
