沿Blaschko线分布皮肤病的文献分析报告(附基因病因探讨)

摘　　要：目的从文献计量学角度了解国内有关沿Blaschko线分布的皮肤病的研究情况。方法以CNKI为数据源,利用文献计量学方法,对国内公开发表的有关沿Blaschko线分布的皮肤病文献进行分析。结果我国沿Blaschko线分布的皮肤病文献46篇,其中有关病例39篇。结论解释该类皮肤疾病的奇特分布规律性,阐明更多沿B线分布疾病研究,了解其流行病学特点、病因及发病机制、临床分型、组织病理学特点、鉴别诊断及治疗方法进行综述。Objective：To study the dermatoses distributed along Blaschko lines from the bibliometric perspective. Methods：As CNKI was the data source,using the method of literature metrology,the domestic published papers about dermatoses distributed along Blaschko line were analyzed. Results：There were 46 references in our country along the Blaschko line distribution of skin disease,including relevant article 39 cases. Conclusion：To explain these strange distribution regularity,illustrate more skin diseases along the B line,understand the epidemiological characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical classification,histopathologic features,differential diagnosis and treatment were reviewed.
