摘 要:目的探讨在ICSI周期中,不同的培养成分对人MⅠ期未成熟卵母细胞的应用价值。方法随机将ICSI周期中316枚MⅠ期未成熟卵母细胞分成四组:A组(HTF培养液),B组(A组+卵泡液),C组(A组+颗粒细胞),D组(A组+卵泡液+颗粒细胞)。分别记录各组未成熟卵母细胞的成熟率、受精率、优质胚胎率及可用胚胎率,并进行组间对比,所得数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学处理。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05有统计学意义。结果 1C组中24h成熟率、优质胚胎率和可用胚胎率均高于其它各组数值,比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2B组中24h成熟率、优质胚胎率和可用胚胎率均高于A组中各数值,比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3B组中24h成熟率、优质胚胎率和可用胚胎率与C组中各值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论培养基中添加卵泡液及颗粒细胞对MⅠ期未成熟卵母细胞的成熟及发育潜能有重要作用。Objective:To discuss the influences of different culture components on the culturing effect and embryo development potential of M I phase immature oocyte during ICSI cycle. Methods:Randomly split 316 M I phase immature oocyte cells during ICSI cycle into four groups:Group A(HTF liquid culture medium),Group B(Group A + follicular fluid),Group C(Group A + granule cells)and Group D(Group A + follicular fluid + granule cells). The maturing rate,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate and available embryo rate of immature oocyte cells from all groups were recorded and compared. Data were applied for statistic analysis by using SPSS13.0 software. Statistical significance is attained when P0.05. Result:1 The 24-hour maturing rate,high-quality embryo rate and available embryo rate of Group C are significantly higher than all other groups(P〈0.05);2 The 24-hour maturing rate,high-quality embryo rate and available embryo rate of Group B are significantly higher than those of Group A(P〈0.05);3 The 24-hour maturing rate,high-quality embryo rate and available embryo rate of Group B and Group C are not significantly different(P 〉0.05). Conclusion:Addition of follicular fluid and/or granule cells to the culture medium have important roles of improving maturing and development potential of M I phase immature oocyte.
