摘 要:目的探讨职业暴露对男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法选择175例男性不育患者作为职业暴露组,根据不同的职业分为3组:A组为高温热暴露组,B组为有毒物质暴露组,C组为电脑辐射暴露组。对照组为110例在正常环境下工作的健康男性,对以上各组精液标本的精子密度、活率及畸形率等主要参数进行对比分析。结果职业暴露组中A、B、C三组患者的精子密度及活率均明显低于对照组,而精子畸形率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高温、有毒物质、电脑辐射等职业暴露可能会引起男性精液质量下降,导致男性不育。Objective:The thesis aims to explore the influence of occupational exposure on the sperm quality of male infertility patients. Method:175 cases of male infertility patients are selected as the occupational exposure group,and according to their different occupations,they are divided into three groups:Group A is high temperature exposure group,Group B is toxic substance exposure group and Group C is computer radiation group. The control group includes 110 cases of healthy male working in normal environment. The thesis has a contrastive analysis on major parameters like sperm density,motility rate and deformity rate of the sperm samples of the above group. Result:The sperm density and motility rate of patients in occupational exposure group A,B and C are both lower than that of the control groups,while the deformity rate is significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference is of statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Occupational exposure like high temperature,toxic substance and computer radiation are likely to cause the low quality of male′s sperm,leading to male infertility.
